— Allie Hill, Founder & Lead Trainer

Lead trainer & founder
Allie Hill
Founder of yogahaven · Lead YTT tutor
Allie is the founder of yogahaven and Director of the yogahaven teacher training, having guided over 1,200 yoga teachers across the globe. She began teaching full-time in 2001, training with Bikram Choudhury, and has since taught hundreds of thousands of students, including bringing yoga to Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur.
She is also a Jivamukti teacher and has completed pregnancy yoga teacher training, allowing her to support students through every stage of life.

Despite her petite frame, her heart and ambition are anything but small. Allie was one of the first UK brand ambassadors for lululemon athletica. Her achievements extend far beyond the mat, she raised £3.5k for charity climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, has run marathons, rescues dogs, and owns a health food shop in Brighton.

Her most important role to date, however, is being a mother to her son, Ziggy.

Krystal Nash
Co-Founder of yogahaven · YTT Course
Krystal fell in love with yoga as a teenager. That love took her to India, where she ended up studying Ayurveda in Kerala. With a passion for complementary medicine and plants, she came home and gained a scholarship to study Western Herbal Medicine at a university in London.
Her close friend Allie didn't need to do much to convince her to join the yogahaven teacher training in Morocco, and from there they went on to open yogahaven in London together. She has since trained in Pregnancy yoga and Ashtanga, and brings big subjects like Ayurveda and the Chakras to life in a way that encourages students to think differently.

Elodie Frati
Elodie is a key part of the Yogahaven teacher training, delivering the anatomy module. Involved in our community since 2014, her depth of knowledge and passion for movement continue to stand out.
Originally a professional contemporary dancer trained at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, Elodie brings a deeply embodied understanding of movement alongside years of teaching both clients and trainee teachers. Her background in the performing arts led her to work as an in-house osteopath for the West End cast of The Lion King. She also lectures at the University College of Osteopathy and is currently undertaking postgraduate studies in Sports and Exercise Psychology. Her anatomy sessions are clear, practical and directly relevant to teaching.
Tess Mabbit-Mair
Movement has always been an important form of medicine for Tess. She originally trained with Allie Hill at Yogahaven London in 2014 and has since become a core member of the teacher training course. Guiding the trainings is one of her favourite aspects of teaching yoga, especially discussing and exchanging views on philosophy.
After training with Yogahaven, she completed her Ashtanga teacher training in India at the Tattvaa Yogashala under Yogi Kamal Singh. She trained in prenatal yoga in 2019, and more recent studies under Laurent Roure have focused on Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and subtle therapeutic practices. Tess' classes always have a firm focus on the breath, with space to laugh and let go.

Sian Bradbury
After travelling the world as a professional dancer, Sian chose to embark on a new, more body-positive and empowering path. What began as a way to clear her mind after long days of rehearsals and choreographing soon became a calling. She discovered a natural talent for teaching and never looked back.
Sian has since become an integral part of the Yogahaven family. As a full-time teacher, trainer and executive assistant to the teacher training programme, she knows Yogahaven inside out. Her leadership experience as a studio manager has deepened her understanding of both the business and community sides of yoga. Guided by the principle of Ahimsa, Sian brings a deep sense of care to her teaching and her life.
Amy McDonald
Mentor, yoga teacher, teacher trainer, retreat and event planner, and most of all, Amy has a passion for sharing the teachings of yoga with as many people as possible in a way that helps them live life to the fullest.
Evolution Lab was created from Amy's own experience as a new teacher, knowing the imposter syndrome, the lack of confidence, and the feeling of being unsupported once out of training. It took her years, different trainings and many lessons learned to get to where she is now. She aims to create a space of community, support and practical guidance that bridges early training and teaching in the real world.

Neil Casey
A Naval Engineer by day and a yogi by night, Neil brings fun, curiosity and a grounded presence to the yogahaven teacher training in London. He has been part of the yogahaven community for over a decade and has been sharing his teaching with us since 2020.
Having trained with Yogahaven, Neil has continued to deepen his practice through Rocket Yoga, mandala sequencing and hands-on assists, skills he now brings into his role on the faculty. His approach is thoughtful, encouraging and quietly impactful, helping students feel supported as they grow into their voice as teachers. Loyal, kind and humble, Neil creates a space that is both uplifting and grounding.
Summer
Summer is a beloved member of the yogahaven community and a core part of the YTT course. Her warmth, authenticity and deep practice make her an exceptional teacher and guide for students navigating their own training journey.
She brings a genuine openness to her sessions and a talent for holding space that makes every student feel seen and supported. Students consistently describe her as someone who changed their relationship with their practice and with themselves.
