What’s the Training All About?
We start with a short mat work foundations and build up through the full Reformer
repertoire — from beginner basics to flowing dynamic sequences.
You’ll learn how to:
-
Teach Reformer Pilates with clarity and confidence
-
Understand the “why” behind the movement
-
Cue effectively for all levels and body types
-
Modify and progress exercises in a meaningful way
-
Create safe, smart, and engaging classes
This isn’t about memorising routines — it’s about becoming a teacher who knows their stuff. We’ll Make Your Life Easier (and your teaching better)
To help you hit the ground running, we’ll give you three full sequences:
-
Basic Reformer Class
-
Intermediate Reformer Class
-
Dynamic / Advanced Flow
You’ll learn, practise and teach these during the course — so you can focus on building your cueing skills and confidence, without the stress of planning from scratch.
Once you feel comfortable we’ll teach you how to build your own sequences, so when you’re ready to get creative, you’ll have all the tools and understanding to do it well.
