Our Story
More than
a studio.
A community
Founded in Clapham in 2003, Yogahaven has been creating space for transformation, on and off the mat, for over two decades.
Our Story
Yogahaven began with a chance meeting on the beach in Brighton in 2003,
where Allie Hill and Krystal Nash first met. What started as a friendship quickly
grew into a shared passion for yoga.
That same year, the first studio in Brighton was established, laying the foundations for what
would become a thriving yoga community. Over the years, Yogahaven grew into a family of six studios, each rooted in the same ethos of warmth, inclusivity and high-quality teaching.
After more than two decades, 23 years of community, connection and thousands of classes taught, Yogahaven has come full circle. Today, their focus is centred on Yogahaven Clapham, where the heart of the community
continues to grow.
With all their energy now dedicated to one space, Allie and Krystal continue to evolve yogahaven while staying true to what it has always been about: great teaching, genuine connection, and creating a place people truly love to return to
to.

Co-founder · philosophy & Ayurveda
Krystal Nash
Co-Founder of yogahaven · YTT course
Krystal fell in love with yoga as a teenager. That love took her to India, where she ended up studying Ayurveda in Kerala. With a passion for complementary medicine and plants, she came home and gained a scholarship to study Western Herbal Medicine at a university in London.
Her close friend Allie didn't need to do much to convince her to join the yogahaven teacher training in Morocco, and from there they went on to open yogahaven in London together. She has since trained in Pregnancy yoga and Ashtanga, and brings big subjects like Ayurveda and the Chakras to life in a way that encourages students to think differently.

01
Everyone is welcome
Yoga is for everybody. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you'll find a class and a teacher that meets you exactly where you are.
Our philosophy
02
Community over competition
The studio thrives because of its people. Teachers, students, staff, we're all part of one warm, connected community that genuinely cares for each other.
03
Quietly spiritual
The spiritual side of yoga is never pushed or preachy here, it's gently woven in through mindfulness, awareness and intention. Classes aren't just physical; they're a space to slow down, clear your head, and come back to yourself.
