1. Memberships & Class Passes
• All memberships and class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise
stated.
• Class passes must be used within their stated validity period.
• Expired passes will not be extended unless required by law or at our discretion.
• Memberships run on a rolling monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
• A minimum term may apply where specified at purchase.
• Cancellation requires written notice via clapham@yogahaven.co.uk.
• Notice must be given at least 14 days before the next billing date.
• We reserve the right to amend membership pricing with reasonable notice.
2. Booking Classes
• All classes must be booked in advance via our website or booking system.
• Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Class credits are automatically deducted upon booking.
3. Cancellations
• Yoga classes require 3 hours’ notice for cancellation.
• Reformer classes require 12 hours’ notice for cancellation.
• Cancellations must be made through the booking system.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of class credit and/or a late cancellation fee
where applicable.
• All memberships and unused class passes are non-refundable.
4. Studio Changes
• We may change instructors, cancel classes, amend timetables or temporarily close studios.
• Where possible, advance notice will be given.
• If we cancel a class, a credit will be returned to your account.
5. Health & Safety
• Please seek medical advice before attending if you have any health concerns.
• Inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy.
• Participation is at your own risk.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry if we believe participation may be unsafe.
6. Conduct
We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive or inappropriate behaviour. We reserve the right
to refuse entry or remove anyone from class for misconduct. No refunds will be given in such cases.
7. Personal Belongings
All personal belongings are brought at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss or damage
except where required by law.
8. Retail & Teacher Training
• Retail items may be returned within 28 days if unused and in original condition.
• Teacher Training deposits are non-refundable.
• Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes
acceptance of any changes.
