Full-Body Strengthening and Postural Alignment. Join our Reformer Signature class for a full-body workout designed to improve spinal health, joint stability, muscle tone, and postural alignment. With tailored exercises and modifications, you can challenge yourself or receive the support you need.​

DYNAMIC

Our Dynamic  reformer class energises your entire body, focusing on functional strength, mobility, and coordination. Targeting your core muscles—abs, glutes, back, and hips—it also strengthens your arms and shoulders. Expect higher reps, muscle isolation, and cardio.

Suitable for intermediates or brave beginners though newcomers to the Reformer Machine may prefer Reformer Fundamentals or Signature classes

 FUNCTIONAL

Overall functionality and ease of movement. Functional Pilates emphasises natural movement patterns, prioritising core stability, flexibility, and efficient motion.

 

It integrates exercises inspired by daily activities to enhance overall functionality and ease of movement.
