Anxiety, Overwhelm and Change- gentle ways to move you through this challenging time
Open to all levels
In this two-and-a-half-hour meditation workshop, Jenny teaches how our busy minds can be our worst enemy and give us tools to cope with life if it all gets a little too much.
We learn about why we find it so difficult to stay present in the now moment and how we can make simple, gentle changes to how we see things to allow us a little peace of mind.
Jenny will show us how to find the breath that can work for us in moments of panic and overwhelm, a simple tapping technique to help us get through difficult moments, and small daily practices such as meditation and movement to help keep us well and calm on the inside.
The afternoon is finished with a sound bath using crystal bowls and meditation gongs, a deeply relaxing experience that needs no knowledge or special skills, just a warm blanket and a soft pillow.
