Natalie started practicing yoga whilst at university after discovering Bikram. A gymnast throughout school, Natalie has always had a passion for fitness, maintaining flexibility and finding new and fun ways to move around a mat. She can often be found playing upside down, but is equally keen to enjoy a restorative yin or nidra session!
It was only upon finding yogahaven on her doorstep that yoga became an obsession (a healthy one!), catalyzing a lifestyle change. She found not just the physical, but more notably the mental and emotional benefits of yoga to have a profoundly positive effect on her, her work and personal life, levels of motivation and focus, and her relationships. It’s these benefits that she’s excited to share with others.

All of our teachers are passionate practitioners. They have all undergone intensive training, through our unique teacher training course and are fully certified to teach you hot yoga. The training is run by yogahaven founder Allie Hill, a renown and respected teacher in the UK’s yoga industry.
