Your guide to our Yogasana class

A powerful and energising vinyasa flow for intermediate to experienced students. Blending a depth of physicality with philosophical teachings this high energy class will leave the body rejuvenated and grounded.

Moving with the breath the mind and body will feel a deep connection, allowing exploration through both the physical and mental. A strong flow suited to those who have been practicing yoga for at least 6 - 8 months.
