The Strengthening Flow practice is unique to our Clapham studio, offering an accessible Vinyasa-based sequence designed to challenge the physical boundaries. From fire-building core sequences to Chaturanga push-up variations, this practice will not only build strength but also increase endurance, body control and stamina. Aimed at creating new movement patterns and learning the mechanics behind asanas like arms balances, inversions and challenging transitions, expect to work hard and harness your inner strength.
