Soulful Flow

Your guide to our Soulful Flow class

A full-spectrum 90 minute practice that focuses on bodily awareness and mindful intention. Expect a breath-focused practice that utilises Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar) and a creative sequencing of poses built around a set of dynamic movements called 'Vinyasa'. This uplifting and accessible class will allow you to move with fluidity, expression and playfulness and will often be themed each week.
