Your guide to our Yin Yoga class
This nourishing practice uses a warm room and a meditative slow paced floor sequence that explores long, deep, supported stretching to facilitate deep release. This class is perfect for healing the body's connective tissues and will challenge you in a completely different way. Melt into deep stretches through the deeper anatomy of the physical body into the hips, pelvis and spine a great complement to our energetic "yang" styles of yoga to help you to balance an active lifestyle. Props provided at the Solihull studio, also feel free to bring your own bolster or pillow. Open to all levels of practitioners.
