New Year's Workshop - Finding Balance with Sunita Devi

As we get older our lives seem to get busier and busier and finding balance in our everyday life can become a juggling act leaving us feeling uncentered. The practice of yoga helps us find balance and harmony in the body and mind. Often the sense of balance we find on the mat, tends to stay on the mat but how can we start to embody this sense of balance off the mat.
Join Sunita for a 2-hour workshop on “finding your balance” we will flow through a yoga practice to help restore the body and mind followed by a meditation to relax the mind and promote a sense of calm. The second half of the workshop we will take things off the mat. Sunita will take you through a personal development tool to explore areas of your life where you are spending your time, areas where you are feeling unfulfilled and areas that you are neglecting and with this information we will set goals in order to increase your overall life balance.
A little bit about Sunita
Prior to teaching yoga, Sunita’s career spans back more than a decade working in learning and development. Sunita is a qualified practitioner in designing and delivering training in the field of self development, growth and leadership in the corporate world. Sunita has coached on a one to one basis and has worked with small intimate groups to delivering training to large groups of people.Sunita is passionate about bringing out the best in people and to develop talents and potential.
This New Years workshop will allow Sunita to bring her two passions together and explore how we can find balance this new year on and off the mat and enhance our sense of well-being in using a holistic approach.
