With an interest in the human body and science, humanity and eastern philosophy; with a love of creativity and expression; and through her personal iterative process of spiritual development, Yoga, for Clare, fully combines the significant passions of her life.
Having decided to pursue and dedicate herself to her Yoga practice, Clare has completed the Yoga Challenge 1 teacher training with, Tony Sanchez, in San Francisco, California. The sequence she teaches has its foundation in a system of 84 classic asanas and is a combination of postures and regulated breath scientifically designed to develop physical and mental health. Good health and regulated breath are believed to develop the clarity of mind to know and fulfil one's purpose in life - this Clare feels is important for everyone.
