This class is for those who have a regular Asatanga primary series practice. Practicioners need to know the sequence of asanas, have an understanding of the Ujaii breathing and the use of bandhas.
Participants will explore various asanas, developtheir breathing and learn to focus with intention, but without judgement. This class will be hopefully take your practice to a deeper level of understanding.
The second series will lso be gradually introduced to provide a balance to the primary series.
