Holistic Exercise

Holistics is a system of gentle body, mind, spirit exercise that
increases health and happiness. It promotes youthful vitality,
relaxation, and improved handling of life's stresses. Like yoga in
essence but more social and dynamic, and with an emphasis on skills you can use at home and work. It's lots of fun and suitable for people of all ages and physical abilities.

Mark Walsh teaches Holisitc Exercise every Tuesday at 6pm (90mins).
