Neil was introduced to Yoga 13 years ago in Thailand whilst living in a Muay Thai boxing training camp, finding it an excellent way to gain core strength and flexibility.
After practicing for the next year, he began to learn of the spiritual significance and philosophy of non-violence for the mind and body, realising that it was possible to have a dynamic physical practice, whilst still nurturing and respecting the body.
After living in India from 2006-2008 practicing and learning various yoga styles including Iyengar, Astanga and Tibetan yoga in Dharamasala, Neil trained to teach in 2009. Neil is constantly on a path of learning how yoga can be integrated into general healthcare. In 2012 he attended restorative yoga teacher training under Anna Ashby at Triyoga and between 2010-2012 studied Ayurvedic medicine at Middlesex University. His ongoing studies continue with Ayurveda Pura and a clinical placement is due in India in late 2014.

All of our teachers are passionate practitioners. They have all undergone intensive training, through our unique teacher training course and are fully certified to teach you hot yoga. The training is run by yogahaven founder Allie Hill, a renown and respected teacher in the UK’s yoga industry.
