Hot yoga instructor
Michelle started practicing Hot yoga to help prevent running related injuries. Michelle is addicted to running and has completed all distances from 5k to a 69 mile ultra-marathon over 2 days. Michelle says that, not only did Yoga improve her running but it has made her a happier, nicer person, better able to deal with stress and challenging times; consequently, she believes that it should be taught in schools as part of the PE curriculum. Michelle trained in Morocco with Yoga Haven and describes it as a life changing experience. She is also a running ‘form’ coach, ‘Strength and Conditioning’ coach and specialises in yoga for runners.
Likes: Being out in nature; woods, hills, mountains and coastlines, and carbs!
Dislikes: ‘Negativity’ and plastic bags
All of our teachers are passionate practitioners. They have all undergone intensive training, through our unique teacher training course and are fully certified to teach you hot yoga. The training is run by yogahaven founder Allie Hill, a renown and respected teacher in the UK’s yoga industry.
