Helen’s background was in Art and she came to Iyengar Yoga 16 years . She originally started yoga for stress and instantly felt she had arrived home. Immediately Helen began to feel calm and controlled and found reserves of energy. The flexibility, strength, stability and sanctuary gained through Yoga practice empowers her to live a more fulfilled and happy life. She is dedicated to sharing this joy with others in teaching Iyengar Yoga.
