About Kathryn Varley

Kathryn Varley is a contemporary practitioner of thirty years. For the past ten years she has maintained a formidable profile as a yoga therapist, both in the community and in primary and secondary residential units for those in recovery from substance misuse and abusive habitual patterning. On her exploration of the psyche, she brings yoga to both residential patients in Psychiatric Hospitals and day care patients. She develops programmes for all those on a spiritual path wishing to invite balance and harmony into their life and now presents modules for teacher training to raise awareness of the joys and challenges of teaching vulnerable adults.
