   New yogahaven Studio Opening This Summer!

   You’ll find our wonderful new hot studio on Pentonville Road – a little bigger than our Studio One space in Clapham – just a few minutes walk from both Angel tube and Kings Cross station. All of our lovely members will be able to use both studios, so it’ll be great to cut down on commutes or nice and easy to pop into class wherever you are.

   The kettles are boiling, the builders are in, so keep your eyes peeled for some cheeky behind-the-scenes photos!

   Allie & Stew's London Marathon Fundraiser

   A big thank you to everyone that came to our fundraiser workshop. We raised over £600 for SportsAid, the charity we’re running for. They help the next generation of British sporting talent to succeed giving financial support and recognition to talented young sportsmen and women at the start of their journey to international success.

   A little of what we got up to on the yogahaven Moroccan Retreat

   Practicing yoga warm from the Moroccan sun, shaded by a pagoda with dark wooden floors, we were sandwiched between the ocean and the Atlas mountains and all felt very lucky and excited to be somewhere so different to the UK. We enjoyed the breeze from the Atlantic, bountiful amounts of delicious food and soaking up a little of the culture, and with the distant hum of the call to prayer and the odd camel plodding by we couldn’t help but feel like we were in a far away land.

   Between yoga classes we had a wide choice of activities and I think we all came back with less than ten pages of our books read. My favourite days included a trip to a waterfall, where we had to walk into what felt like a secret hideaway, crossing streams and meandering deep into a valley for nearly an hour to discover a beautiful, refreshing pool of cool blue-green water.
