A run specific practice is the perfect opportunity to work deep in releasing the places that get progressively tight, whilst building strength in the places runners need to be strong, and learning practices and techniques to aid rest, recovery and repair. In our 2.5 hour yoga sequence we will use movement, breath and mindfulness to help runners run faster, run stronger, and run for longer. A  flow specifically concentrated on stretching and lengthening the muscles around the hips, bringing space and movement back into commonly tight areas for runners, working at releasing tension and discomfort around the knees and hips, often concentrated in our ITB.

Whilst focused on runners, this workshop will also benefit cyclists, triathletes and active people. An opportunity for yoga practitionners, both new and experienced, to understand the benefits of yoga for their sport.
