It is a meditative practice that helps you slow down and bring balance to your dynamic yoga practice and fast paced lifestyle.
Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an accessible guided meditation technique that takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with feeling of complete peace and calmness.
