Transitioning from Basics to Flow with Allie Hill

This workshop is perfect for students who are comfortable with our signature Hot Yoga Basics sequence and are keen to progress to the next level. In this two hour session you will learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

Slowly and safely, Allie will breakdown the flowing movements practised in our Hot Flow classes. As well as Vinyasa Flow, these classes also introduce basic inversions, done in a safe and supportive way, which we will cover in this workshop. By practicing flow classes you will continue to build strength and flexibility with a focus on opening the hips and shoulders, and building more upper body strength. This workshop is in a non-heated environment.
