It gets to the end of the year, and our minds become awash with Christmas frenzy, our bodies are cold, and we often end up feeling a little run down. Join Elodie for this super nurturing and restorative workshop which will leave your mind and your body feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world!

You will be taken through some juicy myofascial release techniques allowing the muscles to fully relax, and then guided into a deeply restorative yoga Nidra (also known as yogic sleep). This lucid sleeping can be extremely transformative and healing both physically and emotionally, and allows the nervous system to enter states of deep relaxation. A real treat!

You will need to bring 2 tennis balls, and some extra layers, or blanket.
