Moving into Meditation with Sunita Devi

Traditionally, the physical practice (asana) of yoga was intended as a preparation for meditation. This Moving into Meditation workshop will look at introducing the practice of meditation at the end of your asana practice. Led by Sunita, this 2 hour workshop will explore the basics of meditation. Beginning with an upbeat flow that will ignite your energy and keep you awake for meditation, we will then move onto introducing you to pranayama (breathing exercises), the use of mantra, and finally we will embark on your seat of meditation. 

All levels welcome. Just come with an open mind and heart. The workshop will allow you the space to renew and rejuvenate the body and the mind, and introduce you to adding meditation into your daily life.
