Start the New Year off right by gaining the knowledge needed to create the balance and harmony in 2019.
This 2.5 hour workshop we begin with a 60 minute yoga practise, and then move on to explore Journalling practices to help create daily habits that help you find ease within the day-to-day. We will delve into a few simple Journalling techniques that support work-life balance, help us cultivate gratitude, and improved self-care.
In learning about these tools that can help support us all year long, beginning the New Year on the right foot may just become less about big, lofty goals, and more about inviting small, supportive changes into your life
