In this two hour workshop Teresa and Natalie will break down various arm-balances and inversions in a fun, safe and playful environment. The workshop will begin with a grounding meditation to establish a positive mindset and shift your focus within. Teresa and Natalie will take time to break down the five key components of vinyasa (breath, bandhas, drishti, vinyasa, asana) starting with a solid foundation, allowing you to journey deeper into the practice and postures by finding strength, comfort and "the seat of the pose" - core skills required to fly high! Emphasis will remain on the connectivity of breath and movement, body, mind and spirit as you move into a fun and dynamic flow sprinkled with lots of arm balances and inversions - the key is in the detail and trusting yourself! 

Expect to sweat, laugh and leave the workshop with the confidence to soar like and eagle! A wonderful opportunity for all abilities, either to build new skills or reinforce and refine existing knowledge and technique.
