Your guide to our Vinyasa Flow class
Our Vinyasa Flow practice in Richmond involves a series of smoothly flowing postures which are synchronised to the breath. Flow (or "vinyasa" in Sanskrit) can be relatively fast-paced and challenging at times, and is therefore also known for it’s cardio benefits. Although vinyasa improves strength, flexibility and tones the body, the focus is on making a mind-body connection -- leaving you feeling relaxed and in a meditative state. Enjoy a practice set to music in this non-heated space. All levels welcome.
