Your guide to our Rocket Yoga class
Derived from Ashtanga Yoga, Rocket is a series of standing, balancing and inverted postures all linked by vinyasa. This practice incorporates basic poses, challenging arm balances, inversions and back bends. All Rocket classes in Richmond are accompanied by a motivational musical playlist to keep you flowing! Expect to be challenged, work up a sweat, stretch out those muscles and come away class feeling ready to take on the world! Suitable for experienced students, not for beginners.
