Your guide to our Candlelit Yin and Yang class
Our Yin & Yang class begins with a strong vinyasa-based flow and then transitions in to a yin practice with longer, more restorative holds. Expect to build up heat, and balance it out by finding surrender in passive (yet challenging!) poses in which your body can relax and release. This practice at our Richmond studio will help you find the space to move deeper into the postures and bring your mind to stillness. A class of balance! All levels welcome.
