Breathe and Stretch with Sui Wong
Saturday 3rd February 12pm-1:30pm
Stretch from head to toe, with movements inspired by Yin Yoga and newer understandings of fascia and connective tissue.
During the workshop, we will also practise mindfulness of breath, and cover breathing techniques that activate the parasympathetic (“rest and relax”) autonomic nervous system.
The workshop will be led by Sui, our resident Yoga teacher, who combines her Yoga training with further training in fascia and movement, including from the teachings of Anatomy Trains™; Functional Range™ and Kinstretch™; SomaTraining and the ELDOA method.
Suitable for all levels. Modifications will be offered where necessary.
Workshop duration is 90 minutes. Please bring a towel.
