Animal Flow for Yoga
Saturday 3rd, 10th & 17th February 1.45pm-3pm
Animal Flow™ is a unique movement system that beautifully complements Yoga. The ground-based movement combinations inspired by animal movements, emphasizes multi-planar fluid movement.
In these workshops, we will learn elements of the Animal Flow™ movement system to benefit our Yoga practice, by improving movement awareness, mobility and bodyweight strengthening. We will link these movements into dynamic flows.
The emphasis of this workshop is fun! Come play, move, explore!
Sui, our resident Yoga teacher and Level 2 certified Animal Flow™ instructor will lead these workshops.
