Your guide to our Vinyasa Flow class
The Vinyasa Flow practice is geared to improve strength, flexibility and tone the body. Our lovely Islington instructors will lead you through a series of smoothly flowing postures which are synchronised to the breath. Flow (or "vinyasa" in Sanskrit) can be relatively fast-paced and challenging at times, and is therefore also known for its cardio benefits. Develop a true mind-body connection, allowing you to leave relaxed and in a meditative state. This practice is non-heated and is set to motivational music. All levels welcome.
