Your guide to our Relax and Unwind class
Wind down the week with this Yin and Yang style class at yogahaven Islington. We start with a vinyasa-based flow and then transition to a yin practice with longer, more restorative holds. Expect to build up heat, and balance it out by finding surrender in passive poses in which your body can relax, unwind and release. This practice at our Islington studio will help you find the space to move deeper into the postures and bring your mind to stillness. A class of perfect balance!
