Your guide to our Balance Restored class
You don’t always have to plough through postures to build energy in the body. Let go of a challenging day and add some yin to your yang in our Balance Restored class. Working through a combination of flow and slower yoga postures, and using deep, calming breathing techniques to create space in the body and clarity in the mind, tune into a more stress-free yet positively re-energized version of yourself.
Music is played as the instructor guides you through this practice, which takes place in a reduced heat (about 20 degrees C) room.
