Yin Yoga and The Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridian Theory

Throughout the physical body, there is an internal energy system that circulates in pathways through which nutritive energy flows, nourishing and energising the entire body.
This two-hour workshop will braid Yin Yoga Asana and mental awareness as tools to trace and explore the 12 main Yin and Yang organs and their energy pathways.
We will mentally trace this network in its traditional form of one long line, whilst simultaneously exploring each organ expression and role within the landscape of the body.
About Emma: Emma's journey began with a yoga book, placed magically in her path in a way that made it impossible to ignore. Igniting a passion for the physical practise of Yoga, the practise soon grew to a love of the inner transformation. In 2011, Emma completed her Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training with ‘Yoga London’. She then went on to expand this knowledge studying Yin, Anatomy and Traditional Chinese Meridian theory ‘With-Yin’ Yoga. Emma's teaching style focuses on moving with consciousness, understanding individual anatomy and energy.
