It's that time of year where our body can swing out of balance.

Take some time out from the madness of the silly season to get on the mat and tune in.

In this workshop, we will begin by building heat with a dynamic yang yoga practice, followed by a cooling yin practice. We will finish with a guided meditation.

The concept of 'yin and yang' is used to describe opposing forces in nature and how they are interconnected yet independent. Experience the benefits of this harmonising approach in your yoga practice.

Open to all levels. This is a non-heated practice.
