Challenging Arm Balances
Learn to fly with Zeynep Doenmez

Move through a dynamic practice of arm-balances, taking time to really hone in on the areas we need to to build strength and find space to be able to fly!
We will explore crow variations and transitions (crow to headstand, one legged crow, side crow), as well as Ashtavakrasana, Koundinyasana. To then finish with forearm balances and handstands.
This workshop will be fun and informative and will give you the tools to soar. We will work in pairs and use props.
Be ready to work and play hard – ideal for most levels except for beginners.
Zeynep is a former Latin American Ballroom dancer, backing dancer, and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. After years of competing in several disciplines, she found the perfect union in yoga and ever since she teaches full time yoga in London and abroad.
