With our focus on the true meaning of vinyasa, we will learn how to integrate breath and bandhas, and how to flow from posture to posture with strength and grace.
Expect lots of.... hopping back and gliding through, a bit of balancing, a pretzle or two, floating, flying, bending, binding, and a little time upside down!
Then we will find the ground for the longest, sweetest RELAXATION!

Tess has been practising yoga for over 13 years. She discovered yoga as a means to gain grounding and ﬁnd calm and focus for the mind. Her regular practice has always been a huge part of her life as a way to sustain a connection and control over her body and breath. Since training with yogahaven she went on to complete her Ashtanga teacher training in India at the Tattvaa Yogashala under the guidance of Yogi Kamal Singh.
