Your guide to our Strengthening Flow class
The Strengthening Flow practice is unique to our Clapham studio. It is a challenging practice – both for the mind and body! Enjoy a rigorous but accessible sequence that will challenge and work your body, leaving your feeling accomplished and relaxed.
This practice will help you build the endurance and strength required to target some of those trickier postures including arm balances and inversions. This practice is “straight-up asana” for those looking to focus on the physical aspects of a yoga practice. Experienced yogis and brave beginners welcome.
