Your guide to our Hot Flow class

Hot flow is to music, filled with a flowing sequence of postures designed for conditioning, toning, and focus. Bliss-out with the Clapham community in this fast-paced vinyasa practice.

With an emphasis on joining together both breath and movement, you'll be challenged with a dynamic flow that introduces familiar postures in unfamiliar combinations! This full-body workout will challenge your mind and body -- and make you sweat. The Hot Flow practice is for experienced yogis or athletic beginners.
