We introduce the Chinese 5 Element Theory, it’s relationship to yoga and the corresponding meridians for the season of Autumn.

To further our understanding we move into a deeply, meditative yin practice.

To continue our awareness we extend our movements to an uplifting, dynamic yang practice.

We close by tasting fresh, homemade juices made with ingredients from the Autumn harvest.
