The practices in this extended class are a starting point for the relief of anxiety. The restorative poses taught will help to ease body areas holding anxious tension whilst breath work, guided relaxation and mindful meditation will offer some relief to our 'whole'.

No previous yoga experience required; perfect for those working with injuries, recovering from illness or living with high levels of stress.
