This session focuses on practices that promote greater balance in our body, heart and mind at this change of season.
 
Practices include restorative yoga using props, breathing work, meditation and yoga nidra to lead all parts of your being into a deeper sense of ease.

No previous yoga experience required. Open to all, especially useful for those recovering from injury/illness or living with high levels of stress.
