Yinspiral Sounds with Michelle Boult & Sarah Westwood

Sunday 15th of October 3:00pm - 6.00pm. 



Let the magical sounds of gongs, bowls and dideridoos vibrate through your whole body as you settle, breathe and release into gentle yin yoga poses.  You will be taken on a physical journey through each Chakra and Chinese Meridian, as sound waves restore, energise and refresh you at a physical and energetic level.  This 3 hour workshop is suitable for all and focuses on gentle stretching and grounding into poses that can be comfortably held for a few minutes each. Sink into a blissful state of Nidra - a guided relaxation to release holding and soothe the nervous system - before being enveloped and bathed in a world of Sound.
Please feel free to bring your mat, a blanket, pillow, eye pillow, bricks, blocks and bolsters if you have them. (mats, bricks and blocks available for use at the studio)
Silence from attendees is expected during the whole event to allow you to focus and get the greatest benefit from your experience.
