Inside Out - Winter Wellness Workshop

This Winter workshop aims to help you understand how to keep your body healthy from the inside to the outside. Showing you that we benefit from following different diet and skin care routines during the different seasons.  This workshop Focuses  on the winter season, where energy levels tend to be lower than usual and overall your mood could benefit from a “pick me up”.
Heather Maners MSc from Juice and the Beanstalk will talk to you about the ease and benefits of a whole food diet, providing tips for cleansing and managing cravings to help nourish your body throughout the New Year.

Namitha from Saisha Marra will talk to you about the benefits of using natural ingredients to caring for your skin and hair . She will show you how to make a few skin care products as well the ancient art of self massage where you will be educated on how to apply healing oil on yourself and the benefits of doing so.

9.45 - 1.15pm

Part 1 09:45-10:15am: “New Year Cleanse and Healthy Food Choices” with Heather Maners
Part 2 10:15-11:15am: Hot Yoga Class with an emphasis on aiding digestion with Harriett Luscombe.
Part 3 11:15-11:30am: how to do a self massage or abhiyangam with Namitha
Part 4 11:30-12:15pm: workshop with Namitha on making your own natural skin care
Part 5 12:15pm-1:15pm: an “in-conversation “ 3 course vegan lunch with Heather

 *Please do remember to carry either very loose clothing or shorts and a sports bra as you will be applying oil on yourself in class all over your body. Please carry a hand towel to wipe away any oil at the end of the class.
