Deep Relaxation Experience with Yin Yoga and Sound Bath

Join yoghaven Birmingham on Sunday the 4th of August for an afternoon of ultimate relaxation.
Starting with a (non-hot) yin yoga session, we'll begin by slowly stretching out the muscles, increasing the circulation and regulating the body's flow of energy before taking a short break with some refreshments. We'll then continue to unwind and forget the world whilst we're bathed in beautiful soothing sounds. This therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body and mind will bring us into a state of harmony and balance. As a passive experience, all we need to do is lie back, close our eyes and let the sound wash over us.
The session will begin promptly at 4pm. Doors will open at 3.30pm and close at 4pm, so please give yourself enough time to arrive, find a space and settle before we begin.
To get the most out of the session you will need to be comfortable so please bring your yoga/roll mat or thick blanket to lie on, as well as an additional blanket and cushion to cover yourself with and rest your head.
Please let us know at the beginning of the session if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, suffer from seizures/epilepsy, have metal implants, are fitted with a pacemaker or wear hearing aids.
Participants need to be 16yrs or over.
