A Dance with the Elements – an introduction to the Practice of Prana Vinyasa Yoga with Denise Walters (BWY dip. E-RYT500. Prana Vinyasa).
Come and join Denise for an afternoon flow through the elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Space.
Within Yoga & Ayurveda these 5 elements are referred to as pancha mahabhutas and are responsible for the structure of the universe and everything that it contains.
In a Prana flow session we embody our connection to these natural elements, and the wisdom that they bring, through creative movement, pranayama, mudra, chanting and meditation. Expect heart-felt practices, rhythm, inner fire, love & laughter.
