Your guide to our Yin Yoga class
Yin Yoga is a slower paced, restorative and more passive style of yoga, which is the perfect compliment to your hot (yang) practice. Postures are held for longer periods of time (on average 5 minutes) to work deeply into the connective tissues of the body, opening the fascia, tendons and ligaments, as well as stimulating the energetic flow of the subtle body. Why not slow things down and bring balance to your practice. Our Birmingham Yin Yoga classes are open to all.
