Our Candlelit Yoga classes in Birmingham are a great way to wind down your week or weekend. They include a sequence which is a mixture of familiar asana (postures) combined with more restorative asana. The use of candles and music helps to create an ambient and meditative atmosphere. Candlelit classes are in the heat. There is no better way to wind down the week than with our hot class in candlelight. This class is designed to let the nervous system settle down.
